If you'd told me years ago I'd be where I am today, I would have laughed.
Back then, I was deep in the grind in a little town in East Texas, clocking year 25 in the medical field. Life was all about making it from one paycheck to the next, and hoping nothing expensive popped up before my annual budget vacation.
Retiring comfortably? Seemed like a fantasy, especially with just a 401k in my corner.
Then, everything changed when my sons shared with me the world of real estate investing.
It sounded too good to be true, but guess what? It worked.
Fast forward to today, and here I am: my own boss, bills paid, and time for what matters- family, friends, and even giving back, which is the real dream come true.
Sure, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Starting out was scary- lots of doubts and what-ifs.
But I didn’t need a fat bank account or some fancy degree, just the right guidance and a bit of guts. My first deal? I was practically shaking! But it paid off, ($20k in profit) and I learned a ton.
Now, I’m on a mission to pass on what I’ve learned. I’m all about helping other women find their footing in real estate so they can enjoy the same freedom and peace I’ve found.
